Short Title: (i) Lucy v Boulter; (ii) Lucy v Davis.

Plaintiff(s): Francis William Lucy, William White.

Defendant(s): (i) George Boulter, William Boulter, Elizabeth Boulter, John Boulter, Elizabeth Boulter the younger, John Bishop and his wife Mary, Charles Fauncy and his wife Anne; (ii) William Davis, Robert Dent, Robert Phelps, and Joseph Bird.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: A deed dated 2 August 1817 made between the Reverend Henry Boulter of Welland (Worcestershire) and John Hill of Newend (Gloucestershire); a lease of the rectory and parsonage of Berrow is mentioned.
