Plaintiff(s): (i) John Roberts on behalf of himself and all other creditors of Rice Roberts; (ii) John Roberts.
Defendant(s): (i) Obediah Arrowsmith and his wife Susanna Maria Anne Wills (since deceased); (ii) John Stevenson and his wife Mary Anne, and Elizabeth Wills.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: The value and disposition of the personal estate and effects (not specifically bequeathed by his will) of the testator Rice Roberts; said estate including a leasehold house in Parker Street Liverpool, let to J Johnston, Thomas Kaye and J Scott.
County: Lancashire.
