Short Title: (i) Parker v Moorley; (ii) Parker v Peet.

Plaintiff(s): John Parker.

Defendant(s): (i) Joseph Moorley (since deceased), and Mary Gould; (ii) James Peet and Thomas Cooper.

Subject of Depositions: The business of a commission agent and particularly as to what charges it is the custom of a commission agent to make to his principal as a renumeration for his trouble and whether it is his duty to furnish his principal with any and what account of his sale for such principal.
