Plaintiff(s): William Marfell, James Rudge.

Defendant(s): Mary Rudge, George Rudge, William Carycocks, Timothy Marfell, James Rudge the grandson, Thomas Robinson and his wife Susan, Henry Robinson, Thomas Robinson, John Robinson.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: Value and disposition of the personal estate and effects of the testator James Rudge of Sandyway farm (plaintiff's late brother).
