Note
This collection comprises documents mixed up with Parsons v Neville but plainly not connected with it. It consists principally of manorial records, estate papers, title deeds and personal papers of the Hele family of South Devon including some property in Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. It includes also a few apparently unrelated title deeds and other papers relating to property in Chancery Lane, Middx; Salisbury, Wilts; Bisley, Glos; and Bermuda and some miscellaneous papers. It is possibly connected with Jackson v Bayliss in C 10/111-113 [Court rolls of Newton Ferrers 1425-1702; South Pool 1511-1559; North Ludbrook 1563-1566; Battisborough 1617-1618; Aysschtorr 1435-1518 removed to C116/29-33, 36-58]
