Plaintiff(s): Ambrose Britain Buxton, Thomas Buxton on behalf of themselves and other the creditors of George Kunbley.
Defendant(s): Sarah Mossop, Ruth Kunbley, James Charles Kunbley, George Hadwen Kunbley.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: The validity etc of the last will and testament of George Kunbley who was the master of a vessel which traded between Liverpool and Demerara from 1818 to 1829, and who died in Dec 1829 at "Demerara in South America"; claim of the plaintiffs upon the testator's estate for payment of bill for goods delivered, etc.
