Short Title: Lingard v Burton.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund William Langdon Lingard and Maria Hay Lingard (infants) by John James Hood Lingard their next friend.

Defendant(s): Henry Burton, Henry Lant Keys, Marian Keys and another.
