Defendant(s): John Dawson, Robert Parry and his wife Sarah, Sir Edward Mostyn, bart, Thomas Parry, Robert Middleton, clerk.

Subject of Depositions: The last wills and testaments of William Parry, the father (formerly of Dyserth Hall (Flintshire)) and of Sarah Parry, his widow; touching the value and sale by auction of an "estate or tenement called Tanyllan [or Tan-Y-Llan]", situated in St George [or Llan San Sior] (Denbighshire) and part of the hereditaments comprised in the two said wills; pedigree of the Parry family, etc.
