Description

Short Title: Symons v Symons.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas George Symons (an infant) by Thomas Hayter Longden his next friend.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Symons, widow, Henry Hannington, Charles Symons, Frederick Raymond Symons, Louisa Longden, William Read King, Ellen Jane Symons, Henry Longdon Symons, Richard Webb, Elizabeth Fanny Symons, Mary Anne Brookland Symons, by the said Elizabeth Symons their mother and guardian.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament and codicils thereto of Thomas Hampton Symonds, and the value etc of his manors and hereditaments; said estate in Herefordshire including in Lanwarne [Llanwarne], Kilpeck, Much Dewchurch, The Mynde, Orcop, Hentland, Pencoyd, Much Birch, Lystone [Lyston], etc, in the occupations of Michael Proctor and John Proctor, Benjamin Court, Thomas Preece, Anne Prosser, Thomas Pritchard, Thomas Ridgway, Thomas Minton, John Jones, Elizabeth Symons, etc.
