Description

Short Title: (i) Jenkinson v Endo; (ii) Jenkinson v Spencer.

Plaintiff(s): (i) Henry Jenkinson the elder, John Jenkinson, Thomas Jenkinson, John Berry and his wife Margaret, Henry Jenkinson the younger, Anne Jenkinson, Dorothy Jenkinson, Elizabeth Jenkinson, Jane Jenkinson, Robert Jenkinson and Mary Jenkinson (infants) by the said Henry Jenkinson the elder their father and next friend, William Culshaw, Nicholas Wilson and Jane Prescott; and (ii) the same plaintiffs except Anne Jenkinson, and Thomas Michael Holcroft a co-plaintiff and his wife Anne, late Anne Jenkinson, spinster.

Defendant(s): (i) Anne Endo, Daniel Wilson and his wife Martha, Hugh Bullen, John Spencer, and the Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of Liverpool; (ii) John Spencer, Daniel Wilson and his wife Martha, Thomas Dodson, and the Mayor, Bailiffs and Burgesses of the town of Liverpool.
