Description

Short Title: Robinson v Unthank.

Plaintiff(s): William Robinson, John Ellerton.

Defendant(s): Anthony Unthank.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: The mortgage and sale etc of a farm called "Oxmoor House Farm" situated in the parish of Heighington adjoining the road between Darlington and West Auckland comprising a messuage used a public house with stables buildings and twenty three acres of land or thereabouts, part being freehold and part of copyhold tenure, etc; the names and possessions of Cuthbert Brown, formerly of Darlington, John Carter, Sarah Brown, widow (mother of Cuthbert Brown), John Tate of Houghton le Skerne [Haughton-le-Skerne] (father of said Sarah) and Matthew Corner of Houghton Bank and his wife Hannah are mentioned.

County: Durham.
