Description

Short Title: Pearce v Edmeades.

Plaintiff(s): (i) John Pearce and others; (ii) The said plaintiffs and Samuel Pearce (an infant) by the said John Pearce, his father and next friend.

Defendant(s): (i) Henry Edmeades and others; (ii) The said defendants and Georgiana Sarah Goldsmith (since deceased) and Augusta Maria Goldsmith.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The estate of Thomas Wickins the testator; value etc of freehold messuages etc at Gillingham lately the property of William Cable, and at Strood lately the property of James Cooper and John Reader, mortgaged to testator, etc [two cases].

County: Kent.

Taken at: Rochester.

Date of Commission: 30 June 1830.
