Short Title: Collier v Jenkins.
Plaintiff(s): Evan Collier (an infant) by Stephen Collier his uncle and next friend.
Defendant(s): Thomas Jenkins, Rachel Collier, Margaret Collier, Anne Collier, John Collier, Jenkin Collier, Richard Collier.
Depositions for: Plaintiff.
Subject of Depositions: A colliery called "Tyr Gunter Colliery" situated in the parishes of Newcastle [or Y Castell Newydd] and Laleston [or Trelales], and farms and lands called "Lydiat" and "Park Gwyllt" [or Parc Gwyllt] leased by John Collier the intestate (late husband of the defendant Rachel) of the Earl of Dunraven; agreement for sale of a share in said colliery, etc.
