Description

Short Title: Walters v Meredith.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Walters, widow, Sarah Walter, spinster, James Amiss and his wife Hannah, and Abraham Jones, on behalf of themselves and others, the creditors of Richard Hall Green esq and also of Jonathan Green esq.

Defendant(s): Spencer Newcomb Meredith, Jane Elizabeth Green, Edward Green, James Hulstone and his wife Elizabeth, Dorothy Bowyer, widow.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the personal estates and effects of the intestate Richard Hall Green, and of Jonathan Green, etc.

County: London.

Taken at: Court of Exchequer.

Date of Commission: 6 Nov 1830.
