Description

Short Title: Jenkins v Fryer.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Jenkins, John Jenkins.

Defendant(s): James Fryer otherwise Frere, Edward Hill, Joan Jenkins.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value and administration of the estate of James Jenkins of Ross, Herefordshire, the plaintiffs' late uncle; another James Jenkins, late of Monmouth (nephew of the aforementioned James Jenkins), who is said to have enlisted in the 75th or Prince of Wales' regiment of foot, and to have died and been buried in the Waterport Hospital in the land of "Goree" in Africa.

County: Monmouthshire; Herefordshire; Africa.
