Short Title: Bowyer v Blackwell.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Bowyer, gent, on behalf of himself and others, the creditors of Samuel Blackwell esq.

Defendant(s): Anne Blackwell, widow, Humphrey Mackworth Praed, Jonathan Blackwell esq, James Blackwell, Anne Blackwell, spinster (now the wife of Winchcomb Henry Hartley esq), Jane Elizabeth Blackwell, Frances Mary Blackwell, Elizabeth Blackwell, James Lord Sherborne [James Naper Dutton, 1st Baron Sherborne], Edward Lord Elliot, Sir Francis Bassett, bart, William Napier esq, John Delabere esq, Michael Hicks esq, William Praed esq, and others.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.
