Description

Short Title: Ingram v Gardiner.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Ingram esq, Richard Ingram esq.

Defendant(s): Edward Gardiner and his wife Mary, William Matthews, Edward Gardiner the younger, William Gardiner and Mary Gardiner, George Gardiner and Elizabeth Gardiner (infants) by William Gardiner their next friend.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: Deeds executed by the defendants Edward Gardiner of Whitchurch (Herefordshire) and his wife Mary, John Philpotts of Ledbury (Herefordshire), baker, and others; also touching the whereabouts etc of Richard Gardiner (son of said Edward Gardiner and his wife Mary) who is said to have gone to the East Indies as a sailor, etc.
