Description

Short Title: Plumbe v Fluitt.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Plumb [Plumbe], Elizabeth Tomlinson, widow, Joseph Jackson.

Defendant(s): Joseph Fluitt.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: A messuage etc called "Massey's Lodge" situated within the Forest of Delamere (Cheshire) and an "office walk or warren for the breeding of rabbits within said forest"; mortgage, etc; the names of Daniel Basnett of Frodsham [Cheshire] and Pattison Ellames (Chester) are mentioned.

County: Lancashire; Cheshire.

Taken at: Warrington [Lancashire, now Cheshire].

Date of Commission: 24 February 1790.
