Plaintiff(s): Anne Hill (formerly Hudson), widow, Thomas Blount esq.

Defendant(s): Robert Hudson, clerk.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The testator William Hudson of St John Clerkenwell (Middlesex), distiller, and Abednego Hudson, late of Newbern [New Bern] in the state of North Carolina, shipwright or ship's carpenter; whether they were brothers; whether the plaintiff was formerly the wife of Abednego Hudson; whether he died on a voyage between North Carolina and the West Indies, etc.
