Plaintiff(s): (i) The Mayor, Burgesses and Commonalty of the City of Bristol; (ii) The Mayor, Burgesses and Commonalty of the City of Bristol.
Defendant(s): (i) Henry Cruger esq, John Mallard; (ii) William Miles esq.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: Goods and merchandises imported to and exported from the City of Bristol by the defendants in 1773 and 1777 on account of persons not then free of said city, etc [two cases].
County: London; Bristol.
Taken at: Court of Exchequer.
Date of Commission: 23 January 1790.
Document Type: Commission; interrogatories and depositions (12 Feb 1790), the examination of defendant Cruger, taken before Francis Ingram, deputy remembrancer of the Court of Exchequer (pursuant to a decree of said Court made 18 May 1787).
