Description

Short Title: Ogborne v Emmett.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Wilkins Ogborne.

Defendant(s): Charles Emmett, Robert Waltham, William Brailsford, Richard Samuel Williams and his wife Jannett, Hyde Geatrell Williams, Mary Williams, Edward Brailsford, John Bundy and his wife Sarah, Seede Bundy, William Walter and his wife Penelope, Timothy Brailsford Geatrell.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The legitimacy and heir at law of the testator William Geatrell, late of Spanish Town in the island of Jamaica; also touching who is the heir at law of William Seede of Bristol (Somerset), apothecary, etc; the names of William Geatrell the elder (testator's father) and his wife Sarah (daughter of Thomas Seede, late of the parish of St Nicholas, Bristol, hooper, William Seede of the City of Bristol, apothecary (brother of said Sarah) and Brice Geatrell (testator's brother) are mentioned.
