Description

Short Title: Holland v Paddon.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Holland and Henry Holland (late an infant), and George Holland and Mary Anne Holland, infants, by the said Thomas Holland their next friend.

Defendant(s): Robert Paddon surviving executor of Phillip Holland and also surviving administrator of William Watts Holland, the eldest son and heir at law and also another of the executors of the said testator Phillip Holland, William Holland executor of his late father William Holland, which said William Holland was the other executor of the said testator Phillip Holland and also the administrator of William Watts Holland, Anne Holland, widow of said testator Phillip Holland, John Holland the eldest brother and heir at law of the said William Watts Holland, and who upon his death also became and is heir at law of the said testator Phillip Holland, James Blatch and his wife Mary (late widow of the said William Watts Holland) and Jane Holland, widow and executrix of Phillip Holland, mother of the children of said first named testator Phillip Holland.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: Sums of money received (since 2 Oct 1786) on account of the rents and profits of the real estates of the testator Phillip Holland devised in trust to be sold, etc.
