Defendant(s): Thomas Macklin Wilson, Thomas Patten the elder, Samuel Scholey, Clement Crutwell, Charles Tibbetts and his wife Mary, Maria Patten, Thomas Patten the younger, Lettice Patten, Dorothea Patten, Charles Prideaux Brune and his wife Frances Brune, Everilda Patten, Peter Bold Patten, Joseph Jackson, Robert Roscoe and his wife Dorothy, Margaret Brainthwaite, James Postees and his wife Susannah, John Johnson, Thomas Johnson the younger.
