Description

Short Title: Sauer v Shute.

Plaintiff(s): Ephraim Sauer, Frederick Otto and his wife Christian.

Defendant(s): Edward Shute, Michael Pearson, William Dunstan and his wife Sarah.

Depositions for: [unspecified].

Subject of Depositions: Concerning Michael Sauer, late of Elbing in the Kingdom of Prussia, brewer (late father of the plaintiffs Ephraim and Christian, by his second wife) and his issue by the two wifes, etc; the names of Jacob Sauer (the testator in this cause, son of said Michael Sauer by his first wife) and Susannah Sauer (daughter by the first wife) who married John Moller of Elbing, Phillip Sauer "a potter by profession" (son by second wife) and Wendt a shoemaker (former husband of the plaintiff Christian) are mentioned.
