Description

Short Title: Stawell v Atkins.

Plaintiff(s): The Rt Hon Henry Lord Stawell, Henry Legge (an infant) by the said Lord Stawell his father and next friend, Peter Jewell the younger, Peter Jewell the elder, Clement Sharp, William Harding.

Defendant(s): John Atkins, Nathanial Dance and his wife Harriet, Charlotte Holland, spinster, William Chamberlayne.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The rectory impropriate and parish of Timsbury otherwise Tymbesbury otherwise Timesbury, and farms in said parish called "Hunts", "Timsbury Farm" (including a meadow called "Fishweare" and lands called "Fairbournes") and "Hill Fields", etc; tithes.

County: Southamptonshire [Hampshire].
