Description

Short Title: Brown v Russell.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Brown, widow, William Brown, clerk.

Defendant(s): John Russell the younger, Sarah Walford, widow, Joseph Walford, John Ridley the younger and his wife Sarah, John Cutting and his wife Mary, Samuel Taylor and his wife Lydia, and William Green Walford (an infant) by the said Sarah Walford his mother.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The validity etc of the last will and testament of Joseph Walford executed by him at his dwelling house in Bredfield, etc; also touching copies of the "Rolls of the Courts of the Several Manors of Easton, Hoo [Sutton Hoo], Charsfield, Kettleburgh, and Martley Hall; the Manor of Woodbridge Ufford, the manor of Dallingho [Dallinghoo], Dallingho Campsey [Dallinghoo Campsey], Bredfield Campsey and Bast Broadish [? Brundish]", etc.

County: Suffolk.

Taken at: Ipswich.

Date of Commission: 11 November 1788.
