Short Title: Mackett v Smith.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Mackett esq, Anne Mackett, spinster, Anne Carteret, spinster.

Defendant(s): John Smith esq.

Depositions for: Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of William Mackett, and the value etc and disposition of his personal estate and effects; said estate including a dwelling house situated in the Pollygon in or near the town of Southampton, etc; Anne Mackett, widow and executrix of said William Mackett is mentioned.

County: Southamptonshire [Hampshire].
