Subject of Depositions: Two deeds both bearing date 20 Feb 1786, one being tripartite, and made between Edward Curtis of the parish of Clifton (Gloucestershire), gent, of the first part, William Sleigh (one of the plaintiffs in this cause) of the second part, and Charles Graham (another plaintiff) of the third part, purporting to be an assignment of an annuity or rent charge from the said Edward Curtis and Charles Graham to the said William Sleigh etc; the names of Robert Graham, Doctor of Divinity, and Richard Champion the younger of the City of Bristol, merchant, are mentioned.
