Short Title: Osborne v Crashaw.

Plaintiff(s): John Osborne, Elizabeth Bagally (in the title of the bill in this cause named Sarah Bagally by mistake), Anne Wright, widow of John Wright, Samuel Newbold and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Anne Crashaw, widow, Elizabeth Gravenor, widow, John Glossop.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: A bond given by John Crashaw the elder, late of Handsworth Woodhouse (Yorkshire), to Peter Glossop of Harthill (Yorkshire), etc; the names of John Crashaw the younger, late of Handsworth Woodhouse [Yorkshire] and William Crashaw, late of Ollerton (Nottinghamshire) (sons of said John Crashaw the elder), Thomas Osborne, late of Harthill (Yorkshire) and his wife Sarah, are mentioned.
