Subject of Depositions: Legacies left to his children by Robert Kilminster in his last will and testament (late father of plaintiff and of defendant Anne); the names of testator's children, namely William Kilminster of Ashton Keynes (Gloucestershire) [now in Wiltshire], farmer, Elizabeth George of Rodmarton, widow, Sarah Sutton, Rachel Hayward, Hannah the wife of Richard Kilminster, testator's farm called "Trull Farm" and the plaintiff's farm called "Low Moor Farm", are mentioned.
