Subject of Depositions: An indenture tripartite (dated 27 Apr 1773) made between Diana Nash, widow, of the first part, Joseph Ward of Bromsgrove (Worcestershire), weaver and his first wife Hannah of the second part, and Michael Morris of Rochford (Herefordshire) [now in Worcestershire], gent, of the third part, purporting to be a mortgage for securing to said Michael Morris the sum of four hundred pounds, and a deed poll (dated 20 Oct 1778) purporting to be a further charge and mortgage from said Joseph Ward and Hannah his wife to said Michael Morris (since deceased) for a further sum of one hundred pounds, etc.
