Short Title: Leggatt v Noll.
Plaintiff(s): James Leggatt and his wife Hannah, John Rockley and his wife Elizabeth, Leonard Jewson and his wife Anne, late Anne Lawson, spinster (an infant) by said Leonard Jewson her husband and guardian.
Defendant(s): Edward Noll and his wife Mary, Matthias Fox, John Edes, Edward Goodacre, Jacob Lawson (an infant) by Joseph Smith his guardian, and John Lawson.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of John Lawson of the parish of Torrington St Clements [Terrington St Clement], farmer; a copy of which is subjoined, dated 27 Nov 1779, in which testator's wife Hannah, and Jacob Noll senior and his son Edward Noll (both of Torrington St Clements), executors, are mentioned.
