Short Title: Randolph v Tombs.

Plaintiff(s): William Randolph, William Jones, Levy Ames, William Jolly, Thomas Walker,.

Defendant(s): Richard Tombs, Antonio Joze de Souza, Louis de Souza, Anselmo Anthony Hartsen, Jacob Flenns, Theophilus Christian Blanchenhagen, George Barclay, Diaz Santos, Henry Cutler, William Boulton.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: A brigantine or vessel called the Santa Anna captured by a private ship of war called the Prince Alfred of which the plaintiff Walker was commander, damaged after her capture in the harbour of Fishguard in South Wales and taken to Bristol to undergo repairs; survey; alleged unnecessary repairs done and overcharge made in excess of estimate given.
