Short Title: Evans v Gwynne.
Plaintiff(s): John Evans and his wife Elizabeth, David Jardine esq, Thomas Blome esq, which said John and Elizabeth (in right of said Elizabeth and David Jardine) are creditors and the said John and Elizabeth (in right of the said Elizabeth) and Thomas Blome, are legatees named in the last will and testament of Thomas George Gwynne esq, late of the parish of Llanarthney (Carmarthenshire), on behalf of themselves and other creditors and legatees of the said Thomas George Gwynne.
Defendant(s): Francis Edward Gwynne, Thomas Reed and his wife Elizabeth, William Gwynne, Elizabeth Gwynne, John Gawler.
Depositions for: Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: Deeds of lease and release (dated 27 and 28 Aug 1771) made between the said testator Thomas George Gwynne esq of the County Borough of Carmarthen of the one part, and the defendant Francis Edward Gwynne esq of Middleton Hall (Carmarthenshire) of the other part, etc.
