Plaintiff(s): John Barrell, William Williams on behalf of themselves and other the creditors of John Williams.
Defendant(s): Joan Tatchell, widow, adminstratrix with the will annexed of the goods etc of said John Williams, Sarah Williams, widow, Sarah Tatchell, Harriet Tatchell, Mary Tatchell and Peggy Tatchell (infants) by Thomas Patten their guardian.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the personal estate of John Williams, said estate including leaseholds, namely houses situate in Spaxton, a messuage etc called "Elliots" situate in the parish of Asholt [Aisholt], dwelling houses situate at Watchet in the parish of St Decumans, freeholds namely the manor or reputed manor or lordship of Fiddington alias Findington consisting of messuages etc called "Brooks Streets", "Waterpitts" in the parish of Spaxton, marsh grounds called "Blake's Marsh" and "Tuxwells Marsh" in the parish of Cannington, a messuage called "Davis's" situate at Cockercombe in the parish of Over Stowey, etc.
