Description

Short Title: Williamson v Taylor.

Plaintiff(s): John Williamson and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): John Taylor, gent, Thomas Yates, John Brown.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: A legacy left by the will of John Hunt of Sewerby (Yorkshire), yeoman, to the plaintiff Elizabeth who was formerly the wife of John Kirkby, late of North Shields (Northumberland), gent, etc; the name of Thomas Howden (father of plaintiff Elizabeth), executor of said John Hunt, is mentioned.
