Description

Short Title: Daulby v Foulkes.

Plaintiff(s): Daniel Daulby, gent, George Travis, clerk.

Defendant(s): Catherine Foulkes, widow, James Bromfield Foulkes and Rachel Bromfield Foulkes (infants), William Hatton, Henry Wolstenholme and George Hockenhull and Elizabeth Hockenhull (infants).

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The execution of an indenture of release of six parts (dated 11 Feb 1786) made between the defendant Henry Wolstenholme of the first part, the plaintiffs Daniel Daulby and George Travis of the second part, Richard Parry of the third part, Joseph Lyon of the fourth part, Edmund Lyon the younger of the fifth part, and the defendants Catherine Foulkes and William Hatton of the sixth part purporting a release and conveyance of the manor of Prenton, etc.
