Short Title: Evans v Gwynne.

Plaintiff(s): John Evans and his wife Elizabeth, David Jardine, Thomas Blome esq.

Defendant(s): Francis Edward Gwynne esq, Thomas Read and his wife Elizabeth, William Gwynne, Elizabeth Gwynne, John Gawler, gent.

Depositions for: [unspecified].

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of Thomas George Gwynne of the parish of Llanarthney, second son of Richard Gwynne esq of Gwempa in the same parish (a copy of which is subjoined dated 16 Dec [no year specified]), in which the following names of persons, and of places in which the testators lands etc are situate, are mentioned, namely Elizabeth Howells of Llanarthney, the lease of "Gorse Du" in the parishes of Llanarthney and Landurog [Llanddarog], and Thomas Blome esq of Carmarthen, etc.
