Plaintiff(s): William Smith Woolley, Thomas Garrett and his wife Mary, Thomas Jeffs and his wife Hannah, Thomas Potton and his wife Sarah.
Defendant(s): John Drage esq.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of John Andrews of Walden [Saffron Walden] (Essex), gent (a copy of which is subjoined dated 10 Nov 1760) in which the following names of persons, and of places in which the testator's lands etc are situate, are mentioned, namely Mary Woolley of Walden [Saffron Walden] (Essex), spinster, lands in Wendon [Wenden Magna and Wenden Parva, later Wendens Ambo, Essex] and Newport (Essex), an estate at Withersfield (Suffolk), Deborah Knightley (one of the daughters of the Revd Richard Knightley of Newport (Essex), clerk, testator's niece), Richard Bush, etc.
