Short Title: Holland v Holland.

Plaintiff(s): Phillip Holland and Thomas Holland, and Henry Holland, George Holland and Mary Anne Holland (infants) by said Phillip Holland their next friend.

Defendant(s): William Holland (since deceased), Robert Paddon, William Holland (son of William Holland, deceased), Anne Holland, widow, Jonathan Holland, James Black and his wife Mary.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the real and personal estate of the testator Phillip Holland and of the personal estate of William Holland, etc.
