Description

Short Title: Douston v Milnes.

Plaintiff(s): George Douston esq.

Defendant(s): Richard Milnes, James Dolphin, John Huthwaite.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The heirs at law of Starkie Douston and Mary Huthwaite; touching the pedigree of the Douston family, etc; the names of Henry Douston esq of Worksop, Stokeham Douston of Hodsock in the parish of Blyth, farmer and "grasier" (grandfather of Starkie Douston), George Douston esq (son of said Henry), Rachel Wheldon (married to said Stokeham), Martha Huthwaite formerly Martha Douston (mother of plaintiff), Mary Hough, John Huthwaite of the town of Nottingham, wine merchant (husband of said Martha) one of the defendants, are mentioned.
