Description

Short Title: Daulby v Foulkes.

Plaintiff(s): Daniel Daulby, gent, George Travis, clerk.

Defendant(s): Catherine Foulkes, widow, James Bromfield Foulkes and Rachel Bromfield Foulkes (infants), William Hatton, Henry Wolstenholme and George Hockenhull and Elizabeth Hockenhull (infants).

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last wills and testaments of George Hockenhull esq of Prenton, and of John Hockenhull esq, heretofore of Tranmore [? Tranmere] afterwards of Prenton and late of Plymyard; touching a paper writing (dated 18 Nov 1780) made between Catherine Foulkes of Prenton, widow, of the one part, and George Hockenhull esq of Prenton of the other part purporting to be an assignment from said Catherine to said John of an annuity of £20 bequeathed to her by the last will and testament of George Hockenhull her late father, etc.
