Short Title: Salmon v Matthews.

Plaintiff(s): William Salmon.

Defendant(s): William Matthews, Robert Falkner.

Subject of Depositions: A promissory note given by Andrew Loder of the City of Bath [Somerset], brandy merchant to the plaintiff; touching the payment or negotiation of said note by Thomas Ketcherside of Bath, baker to the defendants who are tradesmen in the City of Bath, etc.
