Plaintiff(s): William Parry, Given Parry, Anne Parry, Mary Parry, Griffith David, William Morris and his wife Ellen.

Defendant(s): William Williams, Lowry Roberts.

Subject of Depositions: Thomas David and his wife Anne, Richard Parry (brother of said Anne), Jane Williams, late of New Square, Liverpool (Lancashire), spinster, William Parry of Pentire [or Pentir] (Caernarvonshire) and others, their issue and relations, etc.
