Short Title: Hatton v Pell.

Plaintiff(s): George Finch Hatton esq, Mary Mostyn.

Defendant(s): William Pell, Samuel Pell, Willima Stenton, clerk.

Subject of Depositions: The rectory and parish of Moulton; touching the ancient inclosed lands there called "Thorpe Lands" in the occupation of the defendants Pill and formerly in the successive occupations of Richard Gaudern, his son Stephen Gaudern of Northampton, inn holder, and Walter Pell; metes and bounds; tithes.
