Description

Short Title: Harbison v Blundell.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Harbison, widow of John Harbison, John Hill and his wife Elizabeth (an infant) by the said John Hill, her husband and next friend, and Edmund Serjeant and his wife Anne (an infant) by the said Edmund Serjeant, her husband and next friend.

Defendant(s): Brian Blundell, James Sudell, Joshua Roce, James Grundy, George Grundy, John Grundy, Elizabeth Grundy, Richard Broster, Catherine Broster, Mary Broster, John Broster.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The registration of the marriages of the plaintiffs which are said to be found in the register of the parishes of Childwell [Childwall, Lancashire] and Liverpool, Lancashire, etc.
