Short Title: Richardson v Durand.
Plaintiff(s): George Richardson esq, Adam Drummond esq, James Farquharson esq (executors of William Creighton esq).
Defendant(s): Jonathan Durand esq, Robert Preston esq, Arthur Shakespeare.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
Subject of Depositions: Sums of money received and disbursed by the "ship's husband" and others on account of the ship "Ganges"; two schedules are given of the cost of outfit, tradesmens bills etc for two voyages taken to and from India, 1779 to 1782, etc.
County: London; East Indies.
Taken at: Court of Exchequer.
Date of Commission: 18 June 1784.
Document Type: Commission; interrogatories and depositions (1 July 1784), being the examination of the defendant Preston taken before Francis Ingram, deputy remembrancer of the Court of Exchequer (pursuant to a decree of said Court made 19 Dec 1783).
