Plaintiff(s): Edward Bearcroft esq; Richard Phillips; John Hinksman; Henry Bray.

Defendant(s): John Freeman; Thomas Freeman; John Plant and his wife Frances; Thomas Phillips, clerk.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The estates of John Freeman Jones of Boycot in the parish of Salwarp [Salwarpe] (Worcestershire), gent, and the freehold estates of Thomas Collins of Kings Norton (Worcestershire), gent, situate in the parishes of Kings Norton (Worcestershire) lately in the possession of John Ingram and Charles Weston, tanner, and Alvechurch (Worcestershire) commonly called "The Stone House", in the possession of Benjamin Walker, and Solihull (Warwickshire) lately in the possesion of Richard Hicken, etc; mortgage; sale, etc; the names of John Heath of Tamworth (Warwickshire), Joseph Chillingworth of Redditch (Worcestershire), needlemaker, Clement Green, Simon Collins, Richard Sockett of the city of Worcester, [Worcestershire], gentleman, are mentioned.
