Short Title: Deane v Tuppen.

Plaintiff(s): William Deane.

Defendant(s): Samuel Tuppen, Anne Bennett, widow.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the real and personal estate of Anne Tuppen, widow (late mother of defendants and of Hannah Deane) who died intestate; said estate including mortgages of a copyhold house in New Shoreham [Shoreham-by-Sea] belonging to John Snooke, a mortgage on a farm and lands in Angmering, etc.
