Short Title: Phillips v Roberts.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Phillips.

Defendant(s): Dorothy Roberts, Sarah Roberts, James Roberts, Wilson Aylesbury Roberts, Henry Roberts, executors of Richard Roberts.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament and codicil of Muriel Seymour of Droitwich, Worcestershire (copies of which are subjoined dated 13 Dec 1775), in which the following names of persons, and of places in which the lands etc of testatrix are situated, are mentioned, namely Elizabeth Humphryes (cousin of testatrix), Charles Phillips, gent, son of said Elizabeth Humphryes, the poor of the parish of St James in the city of Bristol, William and Elizabeth Seymour (father and mother of testatrix), Dorothy Roberts and Sarah Roberts of Droitwich, spinsters, a messuage of or tenement situate in Frog Lane in the parish of St Peters, land at St Culms, etc; also touching a house etc at Droitwich, lands, etc at St Kenelms, Worcestershire, lands at Romsley, Worcestershire, called "The Westleys", etc.
